c. Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered unit in full via any of the available payment methods in-store.
d. Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up on April 10, 2026 onwards. 
e. Pre-ordered unit can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered.
