Customers can purchase the latest iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max lineup when they join the Midnight Launch event. The event's program begins on October 15, 2026 at 8:00 PM and counts down to midnight of October 16, 2026, when the iPhone 18 Pro series officially opens for sale. Customers who join can be among the first to receive and unbox their device, with games, raffle entries, refreshments, and entertainment throughout the event.
Both options give customers access to the iPhone 18 Pro series, with different trade-offs:

Official queuing schedules and designated queuing areas will be announced through Beyond the Box's and Digital Walker's official social media channels. Customers are encouraged to follow these pages and stay tuned for updates:

- Customers are encouraged to arrive early, as some may begin queuing a few days ahead.
- Each customer receives an event wristband with a queue number, which determines the sequence for taking orders and payment, and eligibility for Queue Perks.
- If a queue number is called and the customer is not present, the number is skipped; the customer needs to wait for it to be called again once the rest of the queue has been served.
- Distribution of queue perks depends on designated seating and priority placement; an absent customer forfeits the incentive when their turn is announced. Missing a turn may also lower the chances of securing a preferred device model, as inventory is limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Devices become available for purchase starting October 16, 2026, 12:01 AM, on a first-come, first-served basis; customers are informed if their preferred unit is still available prior to payment.
- Customers are required to pay in full (cash, straight charge, installment, or financing loan); claiming or settling a pre-order balance is not available during the Midnight Launch event.
- A valid government-issued ID is required for credit card payments.
To help ensure a smooth and comfortable Midnight Launch experience, customers are encouraged to bring:
- Two (2) valid government-issued IDs for identity verification
- A preferred payment method, such as cash, credit or debit card, e-wallet, Apple Pay device
- A mobile device with an active TechBites account (best to create your account ahead of time)
- A power bank to keep devices charged
- Bottled water to stay hydrated
- Wear appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for an extended waiting period. Sandos, basketball/jersey shorts and slippers are not allowed.
Keeping IDs, payment details, and other necessary documents within easy reach helps speed up verification and payment.
Each purchased unit comes with one set of freebies worth up to over ₱30,000 from Beyond the Box's partner brands; colors are not customer-selectable.

Freebie terms:
- Freebies are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash or store credit
- Freebie distribution is subject to availability and must be claimed before the Midnight Launch event concludes; unclaimed items are forfeited in favor of Beyond the Box, Digital Walker, or open_source by Beyond the Box
- 1 type of queue perk per customer based on wristband queue number
- Customers who pick up their reserved unit after 60 days may still do so, but the gift bundle will no longer apply
- Freebies carry a 7-day limited warranty, except the Native Union Tote Bag and Bellroy Lite Tech Kit; defective items may be swapped immediately upon inspection
- Customers are asked to present their event wristband, sales invoice/receipt, and valid government ID to claim Queue Perks
- If in any case unit orders are cancelled by the customer, freebies must be returned in the original condition or the value will be deducted from any previous payment
Queuing incentives are reserved for customers who meet the following criteria:
- Being among the first customers* to queue at the designated queuing area (incentives may vary depending on queue number)
- Wearing an official queuing wristband that is intact and untampered
- Having consistent names across the event registration, TechBites account, unit order card, sales invoice, and valid government-issued ID.
- For credit card payments, customers must present a valid government-issued ID that matches the cardholder’s name.
Customers are encouraged to review these requirements closely, as any discrepancy may result in disqualification from the queuing incentives.

Pre-ordered units are not released during the Midnight Launch event. Customers who successfully pre-ordered may begin claiming their units at the store where they placed their pre-orders starting October 16, 2026, during regular mall operating hours. Units on Advance Order (Back Orders) will be contacted by store staff separately once their units are available to claim.
Pre-orders for the iPhone Duo are not available during the Midnight Launch. They officially open on October 16, 2026, 8pm.
Customers may place an Advance Order (back order) through the Pre-Order portal if their preferred device is unavailable.
- Back orders, including freebies, may take longer to arrive than the regular lead time — approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Store staff will contact customers in case of an earlier arrival.
- Back order gift bundle will be released together with their unit
- Customers are required to sign an Acknowledgement Form confirming the back order's terms and conditions.
- Special Midnight Launch promotions (queue perks, Gasha surprise and tokes) apply only when the device is paid in full during the event.
- Back orders remain eligible for the Live Beyond Grand Raffle as long as the order is not cancelled.
- Store staff will contact customers once their order is ready for pickup, no earlier than October 16, 2026.
- Only the customer may claim the unit; authorized representatives are not accepted, even with an authorization letter.
- Customers are required to present their Sales Invoice and a valid government-issued ID, with matching names, for the unit to be released.
- Back-ordered units can only be claimed at the same store where the order was placed.
- For provincial stores, customers must allow additional time for fulfillment, as freebies containing lithium batteries may be subject to shipping restrictions.

Payment options may vary per store. Split transactions are generally not allowed, with the exception of insufficient credit limit of the primary credit card. The primary credit card will then be charged a higher amount than the secondary mode of payment. Allowable types of split payment vary per bank credit card to be used. Customers are encouraged to check with their preferred branch ahead of time.
Trade-in is available through the BoxTrade program for bonus credit towards the new device.
Trade In value will be determined upon an automated device diagnostic portal based on physical and internal conditions. Enjoy extra bonus for BPI 24/0 or Unionbank 24/0 credit card payments only.
- Select iPhones and non-Apple smartphones are accepted for trade-in.
- Your trade-in device must not be tied to any existing network service provider contract.
- The phone must not be network and IMEI blocked, reported as stolen or counterfeit.

- The phone must be logged out of all accounts in the applications and browsers.

Midnight Launch events are intended for purchasing customers. Companions and non-purchasing guests are not accommodated within the designated customer areas.
For security and verification purposes, the credit cardholder is required to be physically present at the time of payment. The names on the event registration, TechBites account, order card, and credit card should all match; authorization letters are not accepted as a substitute for the cardholder's presence.
Yes. All purchasing customers are required to have an active TechBites account prior to payment. Presenting the TechBites QR code at the cashier allows customers to earn exclusive double TechBites points during the event. TechBites points cannot be credited retroactively after payment is completed, so customers are encouraged to have their account registered and ready before approaching the cashier.
There is one designated queuing line for all event participants. Priority assistance is extended to Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and senior citizens during the payment process, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Queue slots and official queuing wristbands are strictly non-transferable. Customers are encouraged to observe the following:
- Selling, transferring, or exchanging queue slots is not permitted
- Wristbands should remain intact and securely worn throughout the event
- Damaged, altered, or tampered wristbands will not be honored
Anyone found selling or transferring a queue slot will be disqualified from the queuing incentives.
Official queuing wristbands are expected to remain intact and securely worn throughout the event. Broken, altered, or tampered wristbands will not be honored. Customers among the first 100 whose wristband is found damaged or tampered with will forfeit eligibility for the exclusive queuing incentives. Customers are encouraged to take extra care of their wristbands, as these serve as official proof of queue registration and eligibility.
To keep the event organized and efficient, customers are asked to remain in their designated seats and pay close attention to announcements from the event team. Leaving an assigned seat or being unavailable when a queue number is called may put the corresponding slot and queuing incentives at risk of forfeiture.
For raffle participants: winners are expected to be present when their names or numbers are called. A prize not claimed within the designated claiming period will be automatically forfeited.
Once queue numbers or raffle numbers are announced and the customer is not present, the queue perks and/or raffle prizes will be forfeited in favor of Beyond the Box and/or Digital Walker.
Important event reminders:
- Follow the official Beyond the Box and Digital Walker social media accounts for the latest announcements
- Queue only at officially designated areas and follow the instructions of event marshals
- Keep official wristbands intact and visible throughout the event
- Ensure registration, TechBites account, identification, and payment details are consistent
- Remain in the designated seating area and stay attentive to event announcements
- Event organizers reserve the right to refuse service to rude and unruly customers and may be asked to leave the event.
