Midnight Pre-Order Event
 - Customers can also join our Midnight Pre-Order event beginning October 1, 2026 at Beyond the Box Opus Mall & Digital Walker Glorietta Palm Drive Activity Center, counting down to midnight of October 2, when the pre-order officially begins. The program starts at 9:00pm but customers may choose to wait earlier at the venue.

In-store Pre-Order

- Customers may pre-order based on soon to arrive units in stores. 
- Store staff will officially accommodate pre-orders beginning October 2, 2026, mall hours. Availability will be on a first come, first served basis.
- Customers will be asked to input their personal information and chosen model/s via our Pre-Order portal. Store staff will be on standby to assist customers.
- Customers can choose to PAY IN FULL (Cash/Straight/Installment/financing Loan) or DEPOSIT a non-refundable reservation fee/partial payment worth P5000 (Cash or Straight Credit Card* charge only). 
- The reservation fee will serve as partial payment and will not be applicable to any ongoing bank/financing promotions. Customers must settle the remaining balance upon claiming on or before October 16, 2026, mall hours or the reservation fee will be forfeited in favor of Beyond the Box/Digital Walker/open_source by Beyond the Box. The reservation fee will be deducted from the final promo price, based on chosen payment method, upon settlement of the remaining balance. Customers will be asked to sign a waiver for the downpayment terms & conditions.
- Customers can only avail of special pre-order payment promotions if the unit is paid in full during pre-order. Customers may avail of bank/NBFI promos offered at the time the balance payment will be made (claiming and settling of Pre-Order balance during Midnight Launch event is not allowed). 

*Note: Select banks have limited promo dates (ie. Metrobank credit card)
*Note: Valid government-issued ID must be presented to store staff for credit card payments. Photocopy or digital images (screenshots or photos) of ID will not be accepted.

Back Orders
- In case a customer's desired device is no longer available to pre-order, customers may opt to place a Back Order.
- Back orders are entitled to receive the Pre-Order gift bundle as long as they place their order within the Pre-Order duration (October 2-15, 2026). Back orders are guaranteed but estimated time of arrival in-stores are not. Units are estimated to arrive within 12-17 weeks upon placing of Back Order. Freebie bundle availability may vary depending on shipping restrictions.
- Customers will be asked to sign an acknowledgement form agreeing to the Back Order terms and conditions. 
- The reservation fee will serve as partial payment. Customers must settle the remaining balance upon claiming the unit or the reservation fee will be forfeited in favor of Beyond the Box/Digital Walker/open_source by Beyond the Box after seven days' notification that units are available to pick up.
- Customers can only avail of special pre-order payment promotions if payment for their back order is settled in full during pre-order. Customers may avail of bank/NBFI promo offered at the time the balance payment will be made (claiming and settling of Pre-Order balance during Midnight Launch event is not allowed). 
- Back orders are qualified to join the Live Beyond Grand Raffle as long as the orders are not cancelled/forfeited upon the draw.

*Note: Valid government-issued ID must be presented to store staff for credit card payments. Photocopy or digital images (screenshots or photos) of ID will not be accepted.

Claiming of Pre-Orders & Back Orders
 -Customers will be contacted by store staff once the order is ready for pick-up from October 16, 2026 onwards. 
- Only the customer can claim the units. Authorized representatives are not allowed even if with authorization letters.
- Customers will be asked to present their Sales Invoice and valid government-issued ID. Names must match for the units to be released.
- Pre-ordered unit/s can only be claimed at the same store where the customer placed their pre-order.
- Units Pre-ordered from Oct 2-13, 2026 will be available for pickup from October 16, mall hours.
- Units pre-ordered from Oct 14-15 will be available for pickup within 10-14 working days. Store staff will contact you in case units arrive earlier in store.
- For provincial stores, availability may take longer, please allow us additional 10 working days to fulfill your orders. *Freebies availability may vary due to shipping restrictions on lithium batteries
 -Back Orders will follow a different timeline. Please wait for the store staff to contact you.

Digital Walker Glorietta Palm Drive Activity Center

- Customers can get first dibs on pre-order by joining the Midnight Pre-Order events on October 2, 2026. Expect long queues as some customers may prefer to queue as early as October 1, 2026.
- In case your number is called and you are not there, your priority number will be skipped. In your absence, you must wait for it to be called again.
- Distribution of Queue Perks is dependent on designated seating and priority placement. Should you be absent when your turn is announced, the incentive will be forfeited. *Note: Missing your turn may lower your chances of securing your desired device model, as inventory remains limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
 -Qualified customers can proceed to the Queue Perks booth to receive their queueing gift/s. Customers will be asked to surrender their queue number and sign a Queue Perks acknowledgement form.
- Official updates will be posted across Beyond the Box and Digital Walker social channels

- Customers can visit the Beyond the Box website at https://beyondthebox.ph/ to place an order.
- Product availability depends on specific color and storage options. 
Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered unit in full via any of the available payment methods online.
- Units Pre-ordered from Oct 2-13 will be delivered from October 16, as early as 6am. Pre-Order cut off time at 10:00pm for October 16, delivery.
- Units pre-ordered from Oct 14-15 will be delivered within 10-14 working days.
- For provincial stores, availability may take longer, please allow us additional 10 working days to fulfill your orders. *Freebies availability may vary due to shipping restrictions

- Customers can visit Beyond the Box stores on Shopee Mall and LazMall to place their pre-orders and are subject to platform availability & mechanics.
