- Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up on April 23, 2026 onwards. 
- For provincial stores, availability may take longer, please allow us additional 10 working days to fulfill your orders.

IN-STORE:

For customers who will pre-order via walk-in at any participating retail stores, store pick-up is the only option available. Customers must pick-up their unit at the same store where they placed their pre-order.

BEYOND THE BOX WEBSITE:

For Metro Manila pre-orders, our own logistics team will be handling the delivery of your item. For provincial orders, we use LBC (with insurance) to ship your orders.
