4. Store staff will contact you once the order is ready for pick-up on April 24, 2026 onwards.

The MacBook Neo will be available for back orders during the pre-order period. Back orders must be paid in full. Availability date is not guaranteed due to high product demand but the estimated availability timeline is within 17 weeks.

Units must be picked up at the store where the pre-order was placed. For pre-orders at Scout’s Honor Uptown Mall, pickup is at Beyond the Box Uptown Mall. For pre-orders at The Matcha Tokyo Opus Mall, pickup is at Beyond the Box Opus Mall.

You will receive an email notification once your unit is ready for pick-up.

- For Metro Manila pre-orders, via Beyond the Box website, our in-house logistics team will be handling the delivery of your item.

- For provincial orders, we use LBC (with insurance) to ship your orders.
