Pre-order for the Nintendo Switch 2 runs from June 11, 2025 (mall opening hours) until June 22, 2025 (mall closing hours).

Orders will be accepted at the participating open_source by BTB stores:

a. Customers can pre-order at the participating open_source by BTB stores.
b. Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. Take note that stocks may vary. It is not guaranteed that the units you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
c. Customers must pay a minimum of ₱5,000 downpayment to secure their pre-ordered unit, with the remaining balance to be settled in full upon claiming from June 26, 2025 to July 31, 2025.
*Failure to claim your pre-ordered unit on or before July 31, 2025 will subject the pre-order reservation to cancellation and the down payment will be forfeited (not allowed to be refunded or exchanged to any other item). In any case that the pre-ordered unit is not available by July 31, 2025, all payments made by the customer shall be refunded.
d. Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up.
e. Pre-ordered units can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered.

For all pre-orders, items will be available for pick-up from June 26, 2025 to July 31, 2025. Kindly note that longer lead time may be needed for provincial stores, please wait for our store representative to contact you once the pre-ordered units are available in-store.

You may reserve your unit with a minimum of ₱5,000 downpayment. The remaining balance can be settled in full upon claiming your unit at the store.

In response to heightened risk of credit card fraud or product theft, transactions made online will undergo a quick verification process. Rest assured that these verification efforts are set in place for our mutual safety and protection. All data information collected will be handled with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

For customers who will pre-order at open_source by Beyond the Box stores, store pick-up is the only option available. Customers must pick-up their units at the same store where they placed their pre-order.

Refunds, cancellations, or changes are NOT allowed for all pre-orders. No reservation of stocks for unpaid pre-orders.
