- Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered units in full via any of the available payment methods online.
- Pre-ordered units will be shipped to the customer from June 22, 2026 - July 6, 2026.

WALK-IN PRE-ORDER AT BEYOND THE BOX AND OPEN_SOURCE BY BEYOND THE BOX RETAIL STORES 

- Customers can pre-order at any of the Beyond the Box and open_source by Beyond the Box stores.
- Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. Take note that stocks may vary per color. It is not guaranteed that the units you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
- Customers must pay a minimum of ₱5,000 downpayment to secure their pre-ordered unit, with the remaining balance to be settled in full upon claiming (from June 22, 2026 - July 6, 2026).
- Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up.
- Pre-ordered units can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered. Pre-ordered units including the freebie will be shipped to the customer from June 22, 2026 - July 6, 2026.
- In any case that the pre-ordered unit is not available by July 20, 2026, all payments made by the customer shall be refunded.

For online pre-orders, full payment is required at checkout. 

For in-store (retail) pre-orders, you may reserve your unit with a minimum of P5,000 downpayment. The remaining balance can be settled in full upon claiming your unit at the store.

BEYOND THE BOX WEBSITE:
For Metro Manila pre-orders, our own logistics team will be handling the delivery of your item. For provincial orders, we use LBC (with insurance) to ship your orders.

For customers who will pre-order via walk-in at Beyond the Box and open_source by Beyond the Box stores, store pick-up is the only option available. Customers must pick-up their units at the same store where they placed their pre-order.

Refunds, cancellations, or changes are NOT allowed for all paid pre-orders. No reservation of stocks for unpaid pre-orders.
